Things I want to do.

This blog post probably wont be too long but I still wanted to write a bit.
As my boyfriend keeps remind me when I can't think of anything to write about here on my blog "A blog can be about ANY thing you want it to be about". Well I thought I'd go with that and tell you a bit about what I want to do.

First of all I really want to travel, to Japan, to China, around Asia, to New Zeeland, I want to see Kilimanjaro and my friends in the USA and climb the mountain to see Machupichu. Maybe it's a bit silly but I really enjoy travelling. Second I'd love to get a scuba license and swim with turtles and dolphins.

There's allot more things I really want to do in my life but the thing that I want the most is to be with my boyfriend and just be together at the same place. I love him so darn much and it's not fun to be apart but we have to at the moment because we live in different countries, but we also know that one day we'll be together everyday and that means the world to me:3

Late entry and easy omelet recipe.

I know it's been a while since I posted anything and I'm sorry about that, but there's a reason for it. About 3 weeks ago I started to do my work experience at an elderly home and I really enjoy being there. I've learned about some different diets and has been allowed to bake allot.

Anyway, I've been thinking about what recipe to share for a while, gone from muffins to hard tyo make beef dishes. But I finely decided to share one of the easiest recipes I know but most people think it's really hard to make.

Omelet:

Ingredients:

2-3 eggs
a splash of water or milk or cream
salt and pepper(optional)
Butter, oil, grease(to fry in)

Stuffing suggestions:

Cheese
Ham
Salami/salami styled sausages
Onion
Tomato

Herbs like Thyme and Oregano
Smoked Bacon
Anything else that you like with your eggs will do

Utensils:

A small bowl
Fork
Frying pan
Spatula
Knife
Chopping board
Grater

How to make it:

1. Start by preparing the filling by cutting up the things that needs to be cut and grate the things that needs to be grated. If you're using bacon then fry it in the frying pan, but save the grease for the omelet.

2. Break the eggs in to the bowl and add a splash of milk, if you want to you can put some salt and pepper and fresh herbs in it too. Take the fork and lightly beat the egg, milk, spices and herbs.

3. Put the frying pan on the stove and the butter/oil/grease in the pan and let it melt and get warm, now turn down to medium heat and put in the egg mixture.

4. When there's a thin payer of cooked egg on the bottom of the frying pan it's time to put on the filling you want(I like a salami styled chorizo and cheese omelet myself), and let it cook on medium low heat till the eggs are all set and the cheese(if you used any) is melted.

5. Slowly transfer it to a plate, you can serve it "open" with the filling visible or folded with the nice golden brown surface showing and maybe top the omelet off with some salsa and chives or parsley.

The stuffing can be anything really, if you like prawns you can use them as stuffing, or why not creamed mushrooms? Maybe you want to make a sweet omelet with chocolate as a stuffing? Your imagination is really the limit when it comes to stuffing. Until next time, see ya :3
